LIBRARY SERVICES
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Libraries and Librarianship”, library users have the right to the following services:
- use information about the composition of library collections via the reference and search tool;
- use the help of library specialists to find sources of information;
- obtain the necessary documents from the library collection for use in the reading rooms;
- use electronic resources;
- receive documents or their copies using the interlibrary loan service (ILS);
- attend various cultural events held at the library.
SERVICES FOR USERS:
- books, periodical and electronic publications, audiovisual and visual materials, CDs, thesis abstracts and other materials from all knowledge areas;
- annual subscription to journals and newspapers;
- card and electronic catalogs;
- INTERNET and other information services;
- permanent exhibition of new acquisitions;
- Indexing documents according to the UDC table.
ADDITIONAL LIBRARY SERVICES:
- Drawing up registration and accounting documents of library users
- Photocopying of documents from the ESL collection
- Providing services for using the ESL personal computer without Internet access
- Printing services
- Interlibrary loan service
- Conducting excursions
- Drawing up bibliographic lists
- Drawing up catalogs
- Preparation and provision of written specialized, factual and other references for individuals and legal entities
- Indexing documents according to the UDC table
- Organization and holding of book exhibitions, cultural and scientific events, scientific conferences, competitions, training events (seminars, workshops, trainings, creative laboratories), seminars, workshops, art exhibitions and other cultural and creative events (projects)
